When selecting the suitable wear resistant composite steel plates, steel plants should consider the specific working conditions of the screening machines and the characteristics of the ore:

1.Ore Hardness: For ores with higher hardness, wear resistant layers with higher hardness (such as composite steel plates with higher chromium carbide content) should be selected.

2.Impact Strength: For conditions with significant impact, composite steel plates with better base material toughness should be chosen.

3.Environmental Temperature: In high temperature environments, composite steel plates with excellent high temperature resistance should be selected.
